Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Pasig City is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support accurate order picking and efficient inventory management in a fast-paced setting. You will safely operate pallet jacks or forklifts, verify item numbers and quantities, and prepare pallets for shipping according to customer specifications.

You will maintain cleanliness, follow safety standards, and report any discrepancies to supervisors for immediate resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick cases or cartons from assigned locations based on pick lists.
• Operate material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely and efficiently to move goods.
• Ensure order accuracy by verifying item numbers, quantities, and product conditions before staging.
• Prepare and stage pallets for shipping according to company and customer specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking area and adhere to warehouse safety standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors for immediate resolution.
