Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Lead and motivate the operations team to meet productivity targets.
• Monitor inbound/outbound deliveries and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of stock.
• Coordinate with delivery teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports as needed.

Qualifications

• College Level or College Graduate
• With at least 2–4 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Team Leadership roles
• Experience in retail, distribution, supply chain, or warehouse operations is preferred
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, warehouse processes, and logistics coordination
• Familiar with warehouse systems, inventory monitoring, and operational reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
