Broer Builders Construction Corporation is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Officer in Cavite (Bacoor) to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, and material handling. You will coordinate deliveries, ensure accurate records, and support project sites with timely material supply.
The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong organizational skills. You will work with procurement, accounting, and site teams, maintaining safety and accurate documentation.
The Warehouse and Logistics Officer is responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory, material handling, and logistics activities. The position ensures that construction materials, tools, equipment, and other supplies are properly received, stored, monitored, and released while maintaining accurate records and timely delivery to project sites.
Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and releasing materials and supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stocks, tools, equipment, and construction materials.
Prepare and process material requisitions, issuance forms, delivery receipts, and other warehouse-related documents.
Coordinate the delivery and transportation of materials, tools, and equipment to project sites.
Ensure that materials are properly checked for quantity, quality, and condition upon receipt.
Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and ensure materials are stored safely.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stocks with inventory records.
Coordinate with Procurement, Accounting, Project, and Site teams regarding material requirements and deliveries.
Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper documentation and authorization.
Track deliveries and coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and project personnel regarding delivery schedules.
Monitor company vehicles, tools, and equipment assigned for logistics and warehouse operations.
Report damaged, missing, excess, or defective materials to the immediate supervisor.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and proper material-handling practices.
Prepare regular inventory, warehouse, and logistics reports for management.
Perform other warehouse and logistics-related duties that may be assigned by management.
At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or construction-related operations.
Experience in a construction company or handling construction materials is an advantage.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Physically capable of performing warehouse-related activities when necessary.
Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required by project operations.
