Job summary

Distribution Solutions Philippines (DISTRIPHIL) seeks a Warehouse Operations Associate to oversee, lead, and coordinate day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities in Parañaque.

You will assign workloads, monitor progress, ensure SOP compliance, manage inventory accuracy, plan routes, handle dispatch, packing, and delivery, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure on-time performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead, and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Assign workloads to subordinates, monitor progress, and ensure target deliverables and compliance.
• Coordinate interfacing activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage distribution activities: inbound receipt, put-away, storage, order picking/packing, dispatch, route planning, and delivery.
• Oversee POD, remittance on daily deliveries, and document keeping/retrieval.
• Monitor transportation costs and ensure on-time deliveries; report and pull-out as needed.

Job Purpose:

The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing, leading, supervising, and coordinating day to day activities of warehouse and logistics operations. Assigns workloads of subordinates, monitors progress, target deliverables, and compliance. Coordinate interfacing activities to both internal and external stakeholders.

Manages and leads distribution activities, which include inbound shipment receiving, put-away and storage, order picking/checking/packing, dispatching, route planning and delivery, POD undertaking and reporting, payment collection, and remittance on daily delivery.

Responsible for document keeping and retrieval as needed. Monitors transportation cost and ensures on-time deliveries and reports, on-schedule pull-out, and reporting of trade returns.

Compliance on daily update of delivery on the logistics transport system.
