TalentSync Training and Development is seeking a dedicated Customer Support for Retail Account (Nonvoice) based in Davao City. The role focuses on delivering high-quality support through email, chat, and tickets to retail clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

You will respond promptly, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions in our support system, while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. The position is full-time and onsite in Davao City.

Qualifications

Experience in customer support, nonvoice, preferably in retail or similar consumer-facing industry.
Excellent written communication, clear, empathetic responses.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency with customer support software, ticketing systems, and email management tools.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
High attention to detail with customer data.
Patient and professional in challenging interactions.
Fast typing speed for keyboard-based communication.
Basic knowledge of retail operations and sales processes.

Responsibilities
