Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and account-related concerns

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues appropriately
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
• Follow established policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout every interaction
