You will manage front desk reception, handle in-person, email and call inquiries, and ensure timely service requests are resolved. The role includes processing documents, supporting post-sale requests, and maintaining SLA-compliant response times while coordinating with other departments as needed.
Job Summary
A Customer Service Associate (CSA) for walk-in clients serves as the primary face of the company for visitors, property buyers, existing homeowners, and brokers or sellers. The core focus is delivering front-line operational support, managing in-person inquiries, email and call inquiries, and resolving post-sales service requests efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Reception & Front Desk Management: Greet visiting clients, property buyers, and real estate brokers warmly. Manage visitors log and coordinate appointment arrivals.
In-Person, Email and Call Inquiry Resolution: Address walk-in queries regarding property details, available units, turnover schedules, payment terms, account balances and status, and provide first-contact resolution to customers whenever possible
Document Processing & Intake: Receive, verify, and log contract, product and turnover documents, buyer information sheets, signed contracts, and service request forms.
Post-Sales Customer Support: Assist homeowners with requests regarding home modifications, title transfers, deed of absolute sale updates, occupancy permits, and utility turn-on procedures.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance: Maintain strict response turnarounds for logged walk-in tickets and ensure proper queue management to keep waiting times minimal.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Organize coordination to other units or departments in order to assist customer concerns accurately. Escalate complex issues—such as billing, financing, and contract adjustments, construction defects, or title delays to project development, finance, or legal teams.
Record Maintenance: Input and maintain an accurate interaction summaries (100% accurate account log of all accounts handled or interactions), visitor logs, and action items into the company's Customer Account Log Module (CALM) system.
Technical Competencies and Skills
Experience: 1-2 yrs of proven background in customer service-hotel reception-front office-or real estate property management., Communication: High proficiency in verbal and writing communication-active listening and conflict resolution with upset or demanding clients., Professional Presence: Excellent interpersonal skills-professional grooming-and strong situational composure., Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software platforms (e.g: CALM-Salesforce-SAP-or internal property software) and basic administrative applications., Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn property developments-developer policies-developer process flows-and basic property turnover procedures.
Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
Business Management or Real Estate Management or Hospitality graduate or a graduate of any business related course.
