• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages promptly and courteously, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. This includes creating a positive dining experience.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure order accuracy by carefully listening to customer requests, using the POS system correctly, and double-checking orders before serving. This minimizes errors and customer dissatisfaction.
• Table Maintenance: Maintain clean and organized tables by bussing dishes, wiping surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests. This contributes to a pleasant dining environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Friendliness and a positive attitude are essential.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry trays of food and drinks, and perform physically demanding tasks. Restaurant work is often fast-paced.
