Carrier is seeking a Manager VRF Projects to lead installation, testing, commissioning and handover of VRF systems in Punjab. You will coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

With 8–12 years in engineering and strong project management, you will provide technical solutions, ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery while liaising with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years' experience with any engineering degree.
• Experience in VRF systems installation, testing and commissioning.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of VRF systems.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Supervise site activities, subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and OEM guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and provide regular project status updates.
• Conduct system testing, performance verification, and customer training.
