Job summary

Coliconstruct Engineering Services is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a range of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems across multiple project sites.

The role requires expertise in VRF and chilled water systems, plus the ability to supervise installation activities, ensure safety, and coordinate with site teams. Travel to different project sites is expected as required.

Qualifications

TESDA NC II in HVAC/RAC or equivalent qualification.
At least 10 years of relevant HVAC experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
Experience with VRF, chilled water systems, commercial and residential AC systems.
Ability to supervise HVAC work at project sites.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
On-site work capability in varying conditions.
Willing to travel to different project sites.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
Perform troubleshooting and identify mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure proper system operation.
Handle installation and servicing of VRF systems, chilled water systems, and commercial/residential air-conditioning units.
Diagnose system problems and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
Conduct testing and inspection of HVAC equipment after installation or repair.
Supervise HVAC installation and maintenance activities at project sites.
Coordinate with site personnel, contractors, and other technical teams when necessary.
Maintain proper documentation of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and service activities.
