Job summary

TP Health is seeking an experienced Training & Development professional in the Philippines to design, deliver, and manage training for the general workforce and targeted functional areas. The role emphasizes collaboration with travel/hospitality/OTA accounts and the ability to create engaging curricula and coaching programs.

You will lead on-site training delivery, coordinate schedules, and drive projects to completion while mentoring less experienced teammates and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Expedia travel program or similar OTA accounts.
• Vrbo stands for Vacation Rentals by Owner Experience.
• 1–2 years trainer experience in a BPO environment.
• Experience facilitating training for Travel, Hospitality, or OTA accounts.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Curriculum development, adult learning methodologies, and performance coaching.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training materials including presentations, training guides and manuals, course evaluations.
• Coordinate training schedule based on training requirements.
• Execute specialized projects and activities.
• Generate and initiate own workload.
• Supervise work of less experienced professionals and provide expertise.
• Take responsibility for the end-product.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
• Deliver professional responsibilities with a focus on excellence.
• Manage a team of Individual Contributor coworkers.
