Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, in partnership with a Raw Materials Company, seeks a Vice President of Specialty Micro Ingredients based in Taguig City. The role leads the strategic direction, sales growth and profitability for the Specialty Micro Ingredients business, building strong relationships with global principals and customers.

Onsite work in Taguig, day shift, with travel as needed. Ideal candidate brings 15+ years in B2B sales and executive leadership within the ingredients/raw materials

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development and commercial leadership within the specialty food ingredients, functional ingredients, specialty chemicals, ingredient distribution, or raw materials trading industry.
• 8–10 years of executive leadership experience managing sales, business development, principal relationships and P&L.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, increasing sales revenue, expanding market share and delivering sustainable profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Specialty Micro Ingredients business.
• Lead negotiations for distribution agreements and pricing with principals.
• Drive sales growth, expand customer base, and improve profitability.
• Oversee portfolio management and collaboration with Product Management, Technical Services, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Ensure governance, compliance and operational excellence.
