Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Security Solutions Product Lead for Southeast Asia Division East (IDN, PHP, VN) to drive GTM, roadmap, and revenue performance across the SEA East territory.

You will own regional product strategy, pricing, and partnerships, working with global and regional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and differentiated offerings that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of security & risk customer challenges in payments.
• Proven experience in GTM strategy, pricing, and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asia's regulatory and fraud landscape.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own regional commercial performance for the SEA East Security Solutions portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability, adoption, retention, and overall business case delivery.
• Support customer engagements, executive conversations, solutioning workshops, and RFPs to drive revenue.
• Identify market needs, validate product concepts with customers, and build business cases for new solutions.
• Define and drive the regional product innovation agenda and roadmap, including market-specific enhancements and local partnerships.
• Define and manage pricing strategies, billing models, and product lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance and fraud trends, and refine delivery models for flawless implementation and high-quality outcomes.
• Drive adoption and retention by partnering with Customer Success and delivery teams.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies including bundling, pricing for new solutions, and embedding SSO in platforms and services.
• Equip Sales with compelling value propositions, playbooks, and training for successful commercialization.
• Evaluate product-market fit and maintain feedback loops with global/AP teams.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and contribute to thought leadership.
• Build strategic partnerships to scale SSO offerings.
