Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President, Program/Project Manager to lead complex regulatory initiatives within the Regulatory PMO. You will partner with business leaders, shape governance, and drive programs from planning through delivery while ensuring compliance and timely outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage risks, and deliver executive‑level reporting in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and ability to work within a controlled framework.
Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution and delivery of complex regulatory and investor‑driven projects in Home Lending.
Develop roadmaps and task plans for timely delivery with compliance deadlines.
Facilitate cross‑functional sessions to review regulations and define requirements.
Assign and track tasks, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
Prepare and present updates for executives and governance meetings.
Maintain audit‑ready project documentation per PMO framework.
Foster transparency, feedback, and process improvement.
Delegate tasks, clarify roles, and mobilize support to meet goals.
Represent PMO with polished communication and professional presence.
