Job Summary

As a Vice President, Program/Project Manager within the Regulatory Program Management Office, you will be responsible for leading complex regulatory and non‑discretionary initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. You will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define scope, establish governance, manage project plans, monitor risks and issues, coordinate resources, and provide executive reporting. This role requires strong project management discipline, executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to successfully navigate changing priorities while maintaining a focus on business outcomes and compliance obligations.

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex regulatory and investor‑driven projects in Home Lending.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs, ideally in home lending, mortgage servicing, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience working within a structured, controlled framework.
• Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and shifting priorities and comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and maintaining focus on outcomes.
• Strong executive presence with experience preparing and presenting materials to senior leaders and governance forums.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across diverse groups.
• Strong risk management, issue management, decision‑making, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), with the ability to create executive‑level materials and manage complex project documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high‑quality documentation.

Work Schedule and Location

• Expected on‑site presence four (4) days per week in Taguig Cit, Metro Manila and work‑from‑home one (1) day per week, subject to business requirements.
• This role supports U.S. Eastern Time business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/EDT); flexibility to work aligned hours is required.
• This position does not provide relocation assistance or immigration sponsorship.
