Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to oversee quarterly/monthly reports, capital activity, and partner allocations. You will liaise with clients, coordinate audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

With 6+ years in financial services accounting and IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, you will lead a team in a hybrid Alabang-based setup, supporting fund structures and client service plans while driving efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 6+ years in accounting for financial services (Real Estate/Asset Management/Fund Admin).
• Supervisory experience of 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly/monthly reports and working papers including cash, reconciliations, accruals, dividends, and interest.
• Review all fund capital activity (Capital Call and Distribution processing).
• Review allocations for Limited/General partners; oversee fees, waterfalls and clawbacks.
• Maintain client relationships and lead management meetings with clients.
• Coordinate with senior management and provide technical accounting knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to internal/external audit standards and support audit processes.
