Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking an Operations Automation Lead in Manila to spearhead intelligent automation across Custody Change initiatives. You will own delivery of change management, analyze current and future states, and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement automation-driven improvements.

You will coach and mentor teammates, develop training curricula on workflow automation, and drive governance, OKRs, and KPIs to realize operational efficiencies at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Project management, intelligent automation, and business analysis (or equivalent).
• Excellent project management skills e.g. initiation, control and governance across multiple commitments.
• Solid understanding of software development principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage strategic operational and business strategy, including thought leadership across operations teams.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as business cases, project plans, presentations, issue reports; track progress.
