Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our healthcare operations team in the Philippines. You will drive RCM and scheduling processes, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure high-quality service delivery in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

The role requires strong leadership, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to manage client relationships and performance metrics across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including insurance verification, authorization, medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable.
• Hands-on experience managing patient scheduling operations in a healthcare BPO environment.
• Proven experience leading large teams and driving operational performance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day healthcare BPO operations.
• Lead teams handling patient scheduling and RCM processes.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, productivity, quality, and client deliverables.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team leaders and associates.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and healthcare industry standards.
• Prepare operational reports, conduct performance reviews, and present business insights to leadership.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing, and scheduling to meet business requirements.
