Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; 12–15 years in finance or finance systems.
• 6+ years leadership experience managing exempt employees in FS environments.
• CPA or equivalent certification; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance systems strategy and maintain GL infrastructure.
• Partner with IT to design, test, and implement accounting and tax routines.
• Oversee closing activities and monitor system feeds.
• Govern regulatory compliance; manage PEZA/BOI reporting.
• Develop conversion and reconciliation strategies; drive process improvements.
