Reporting to the President and CEO, you will drive financial performance, operational excellence, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across asset classes, with a focus on maximizing long-term value and capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management; CPA required.
• At least 10 years of experience in hotel finance and/or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, cost estimates, and financial reports.
• Track and review capital expenditures.
• Ensure financial accountability and cost-effective solutions.
• Protect financial interests and mitigate risks.
• Align assets with owner's vision and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Lead risk management and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, hotel brands/operators, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and consultants.
• Drive operational excellence across multi-asset classes.
• Manage development or renovation projects from concept to completion.
