Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our client’s team in Aljunied. The role focuses on VoIP, Cloud PBX and networking, with hands-on responsibilities in configuring devices and providing remote and on-site support.

You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service quality while expanding practical experience in communications technology. Training is provided and travel to customer sites is required on occasion.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of IT, networking or communication systems.
• VoIP, Cloud PBX, switches or routers knowledge is advantageous.
• Good troubleshooting, planning and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work in a team.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to travel to customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Configure VoIP, Cloud PBX, switches, routers and network peripherals.
• Provide helpdesk, remote and on-site technical support.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues at customer sites.
• Review system design documents against customer requirements.
• Maintain good customer relationships and service standards.
• Keep updated on products and industry developments.
• Manage multiple support assignments and service requests.
