Job summary

Metacom Careers is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a voice-based technical support account. No prior BPO or technical support experience is required and paid training is provided.

This onsite role operates on a shifting schedule as a Full-Time position, suitable for college graduates seeking their first step into tech support. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, troubleshooting basic issues, guiding customers through steps, and documenting resolutions in the CRM.

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• No call center or technical support experience needed — BPO/technical background a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common technology
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong listening and attention to detail
• Willing to learn technical processes and systems
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to technical inquiries
• Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and technical processes
• Assist with account, device, connectivity, or service-related concerns
• Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the CRM
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets
• Escalate complex technical concerns when needed
