• Resolve customer issues efficiently whilst maintaining high quality standards.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in company systems.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including average handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and first-call resolution targets.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
