Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and assist with various service-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding customer accounts, service plans, and available features.
• Assist customers with billing questions, account updates, and service requests.
• Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
• Guide customers through basic troubleshooting procedures when necessary.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services or solutions.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction while meeting established performance standards.
