Qualifikationen

• Willing to work onsite at Ayala North Exchange (ANE), Makati City and to be assigned on shifting schedules.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer inquiries about telecommunications services, subscriptions, and account concerns.
• Provide assistance with billing questions, service requests, and account updates.
• Help customers understand available plans, features, and service options.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and ensure concerns are properly addressed.
• Deliver professional and customer-focused support throughout every interaction.
