Job summary

ContantiKnow PH is hiring for voice accounts in Metro Manila. Fresh graduates and those with or without BPO experience may apply. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, provide product and account information, and work toward performance targets.

Onsite roles include shifting schedules and possible night shifts; training is provided after recruitment. A strong command of English and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior BPO experience not required for all accounts.
• At least 6 months international customer service experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, and at night when required.
• Must complete recruitment process and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns via phone calls.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts.
• Help customers resolve issues by understanding needs and offering solutions.
• Keep conversations professional, friendly, and customer-focused.
• Record interactions and update account information accurately.
• Meet account performance targets for quality, productivity, and CSAT.
• Follow company guidelines, procedures, and data privacy policies.
