Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO voice account preferred).
• Exceptional English verbal communication skills — this is the #1 requirement
• Neutral accent is strictly required — candidates will undergo voice screening as part of the hiring process
• Clear, natural, and professional English delivery with no heavy regional accent
• Strong active listening, comprehension, and articulation skills
• Written English proficiency is a plus
