You will oversee concept development, production, installation, and budgeting, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact displays and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field.

• Oversee production, installation, and quality control of all visual projects.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient and high-quality execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and contractors to deliver seamless visual experiences.
• Monitor effectiveness of visual initiatives, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor initiatives to keep visuals fresh and impactful.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual display, merchandising, or creative direction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking with excellent design sensibilities.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and spatial planning tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
