Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a Creative Display Manager in Iloilo, on-site from Monday to Friday, to lead the design and execution of immersive visual experiences across our retail and lifestyle destinations.

You will oversee the design, production, and installation of displays, ensuring consistency, quality, and safety across all touchpoints while collaborating with marketing, leasing, and tenant teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in visual merchandising, creative design, or retail display management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and execution.
• Experience leading teams and working with external vendors.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of visual displays and in-store concepts.
• Oversee production and installation of displays while ensuring quality and safety.
• Collaborate with marketing, leasing, and tenants to align brand experiences.
• Manage a team of designers, fabricators, and vendors to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Analyze visitor engagement and optimize visual impact.
