Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in visual display, merchandising, or creative direction, with 3+ years in management.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking with solid design sensibilities.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and spatial planning.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
