Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual display management and large-scale display design.
• Experience designing for massive establishments such as malls, commercial centers, or large retail environments.
• Strong creative and conceptual design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple display projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Background in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement visual display concepts for large commercial spaces and establishments
• Ensure visual standards and brand guidelines are consistently executed across all areas
• Collaborate with marketing, leasing, and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and events
• Manage installation, maintenance, and updating of visual displays
• Supervise and guide the visual merchandising or display team
• Source materials, props, and design elements for installations
• Monitor display effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize customer engagement
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized environment across all display areas
