• Prioritize and route customer inquiries to the appropriate department or team member, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.


• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Regularly update customer profiles and track interactions.


• Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality and attention to detail.


• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer information across various systems, including CRM and other internal databases.


• Clearly and effectively communicate with customers and internal teams, resolving issues or escalating concerns as necessary.
