You’ll be providing bill explanations, addressing general inquiries, and resolving connectivity issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Support customers through phone, chat, and email across a range of queries
- Understand customer concerns thoroughly and provide timely, satisfactory resolutions
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues and guide users effectively
- Accurately update customer records and transaction details in the system
- Offer value-added services and make relevant recommendations to customers
- Educate customers on relevant policies and procedures to build trust
You’re the perfect fit if you have:
- High school diploma; two-year college degree preferred
- Basic PC and internet navigation skills
- Knowledge of effective customer service principles
- Familiarity with internet functionality, usage, and troubleshooting (e.g., device/router power cycling, network diagnostics)
- Basic understanding of networking, browsers, computer hardware, and email clients
- MS Office applications proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong probing and instructional skills in scenario-based situations
- Ability to multitask effectively in computer-based environments
- Hands-on experience using AI tools
