Job summary

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking a Healthcare Virtual Assistant to handle patient and provider inquiries via chat, calls, and email, ensuring accurate data verification and timely responses.

The role requires experience with EMR/EHR systems, data entry, and payroll/time-keeping tasks, while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Night shift and work-from-home flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; medical background preferred.
• Consultancy basis minimum 6 months.
• 1 year BPO/Call Center experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work night shift and from home.

Responsibilities

• Respond to chats, inbound calls and outbound calls to patients, providers, and healthcare insurers regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification.
• Respond to emails and manage voicemail; provide administrative support including data entry, record management and time-keeping.
• Obtain medical history by navigating through EMR/EHR systems.
• Enter patient information using EMR.
• Maintain database records.

Salary: 30,000- 50,000 PHP/ month

Job Description:

• Responding to chats, inbound calls and outbound calls to patients, providers, and Healthcare Insurance companies regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification.
• Responding to Emails and Managing Voicemail and providing administrative support that includes data entry, record management, and time-keeping.
• Obtaining medical history by navigating through different Electronic Medical Records Systems.
• Entering Patient Information using EHR
• Maintaining database records
• Collecting payment for cashpay/ copay/ deductibles
• Strictly adhering and complying with the HIPAA policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Medical, but not required)
• Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal)
• 1 year BPO/ Call Center experience/ related experience (preferred, but not required)
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Preferably with Prior Authorization and Medical Virtual Assistant experience
• Preferably with EMR/EHR experience and knowledge with Medical Insurance
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift
• Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection
