Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking a healthcare customer service representative in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. You will manage incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers, delivering accurate information on policies and procedures while ensuring a satisfactory outcome.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare, strong English communication, and data entry skills (40 WPM+).

Salary:

PHP 26,000- PHP 30,000/ month

• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 year of customer service, call center, or healthcare related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical billing, insurance claims, and healthcare terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management skills are essential.
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient data entry skills, with a typing speed of 40 WPM or faster, are required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work with and protect confidential information.
• Open to consultancy contract minimum of 6 months
• Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.
