Ideal candidates have strong medical terminology, solid scribing experience, and proficiency with AdvancedMD EMR, VoIP, and Microsoft Office. The role offers a four-day work week schedule and requires high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Direct experience as a Medical Scribe or Clinical Assistant.
• Solid scribing/clinical workflow experience.
• Strong command of U.S. medical terminology and SOAP notes.
• Excellent English communication and professional phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Real-time medical scribing and documentation in AdvancedMD EMR.
• Executive administrative tasks and practice coordination for Dr. Gifford.
• Patient follow-ups and scheduling via VoIP systems.
• Chart preparation, file audits, and ensuring documentation completeness.
• Maintain smooth practice workflow and communication.
