Qualifications

• English proficiency for written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, sourcing platforms and social media.
• Interview, screen, and onboard candidates across functions.
• Manage candidate processing and send offers to secure top applicants.
• Update ATS with candidate and pipeline data.
• Collaborate to diversify sourcing strategies.
• Debrief candidates on roles, expectations, and workflows.
• Communicate recruiting progress with stakeholders.
