Job summary

Wing is seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment across multiple industries to ensure the best match for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with the team to improve staffing strategies, manage candidate processing, update ATS records, and deliver a seamless hiring experience for virtual assistant roles.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring virtual assistants or working with staffing agencies offering VAs.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience with focus on sourcing high‑quality candidates.
• Experience sourcing through social platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram.
• Familiarity with ATS and data-driven hiring practices.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, sourcing platforms, and social media.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and onboarding for candidates across functions.
• Verify references and send offer letters to hire top-quality applicants.
• Update ATS with candidates, stages, onboarding statuses, and pipelines.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Team to diversify talent pipelines.
• Debrief candidates on roles, expectations, workflows, and routines.
• Identify opportunities to improve staffing processes and onboarding practices.
• Regularly communicate recruiting progress to stakeholders.
