KAMI Workforce is seeking a polished Virtual Assistant to support a US-based legal technology client. You will be the first voice callers hear, handle inbound calls, gather caller details, and route them to the right team.

This role emphasizes accurate information capture, routine admin support, and strict schedule adherence. It is full-time and focuses on clear scripts and defined workflows, with no sales or technical support duties.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in virtual assistance, customer service or admin support.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Professional phone presence and courteous communication.
• Experience with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally using provided scripts.
• Identify caller type: potential client, existing client, vendor, or other.
• Capture caller information and reason for calling.
• Route or escalate via email or defined workflow.
• No requirement to resolve technical or sales issues.
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow escalation procedures.
• Provide routine administrative support: email coordination, data entry, trackers, documentation.
