Job summary

dnata Travel Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or fax for the dnata outsource Contact Centre. The role focuses on delivering excellent service for both new and existing accounts and supporting growth of the outsourcing business.

Relocation to Clark, Pampanga is required; expected to maintain accuracy in bookings and provide proactive communication with operations teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months as a Customer Service Associate.
• Must meet minimum requirements for Travel Consultant certification as prescribed by operations management.
• Willingness to relocate to Clark, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries about products and processes over the phone.
• Handle emails and phone inquiries from VIP clients with priority.
• Process bookings, amendments, or cancellations with accuracy.
• Coordinate with airport operations and relay information when needed.
• Generate reports when required.
• Upsell or cross-sell other products as needed.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
