This full-time role focuses on premium desktop and technical support for VIP clients, delivering timely solutions and professional guidance. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, document all tickets, and coordinate with senior engineers for complex problems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience in desktop support or IT help desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCIA are desirable.
• Familiarity with IT security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated first-line and second-line support to VIP clients by phone, email, and remote access.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Perform system maintenance, software installations, updates and patches with minimal disruption.
• Document all support tickets with resolution steps and client interactions.
• Proactively monitor client systems and implement preventative measures to reduce downtime.
• Offer clear technical guidance to clients with varying technical levels.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed and communicate progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to adopt new technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of support processes and documentation.
