Job summary

Infinit-O in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our people-first team delivering reliable desktop and network support for our global clients.

You will handle account provisioning, email setup, Citrix and Office 365, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and log detailed tickets. A 1-year international IT support background and strong English are required, with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as IT Service Desk Specialist in an international company.
• Has excellent command in English for written and verbal communication.
• Experience handling IT concerns from hardware, software and some network issues.
• A graduate of BS IT.
• Can work with less supervision.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Priority 1 outages and top IT issues following established TS processes.
• Handle regular issues: account creation, login, email setup, Citrix, Office 365.
• Escalate unresolved issues after exhausting TS, Open DNS, and third-party apps; support onsite HW replacement.
• Complete all assigned tickets and ensure timely responses.
• Accurate call logs and time entries in the ConnectWise system.
