Job summary

WNS Philippines is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Specialist to manage VIP travel arrangements for top executives and ensure seamless service on a 100% onsite basis at the Eastwood site in Pasig, Metro Manila.

You will coordinate ticketing, reissues, refunds, hotel and car bookings using GDS and deliver exceptional client communication. Experience with high-profile travelers and strong problem-solving is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate travel handling VIP travelers (CEO, CFO, COO) with GDS knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite at WNS Eastwood site.

Responsibilities

• Manage VIP travel arrangements, including tickets, reissues, refunds, hotels and car bookings.
• Handle calls and escalations with clients, delivering high-standard customer service.

• 4+ Years of experience in Corporate travel handing VIP Traveler’s (CEO, CFO, COO) Call and escalation case, with deep knowledge in GDS (Ticketing, reissue, refund, hotel and Car booking) with excellent customer service skill and efficient to handled tough conversation with client.
