Ayala Westgrove Heights Homeowners Association, Inc. is seeking a Village Architect to ensure that ongoing house construction and existing houses comply with village rules, design guidelines, and applicable regulations.

The role includes enforcing Deeds of Restrictions, coordinating with lot owners, and reviewing preliminary designs. You will update the map and master list of ongoing constructions, conduct final drawing checks, inspect sites, prepare monitoring reports, and release Village

Qualifications

Licensed Architect with residential/commercial construction experience.
2+ years of experience in Architecture in Residential/Commercial Construction or related fields.
Customer-oriented, self-starter, resourceful, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
Proficient in AutoCAD, 2D/3D drafting, Google SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in Cavite/Laguna areas and hold a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Enforce Deeds of Restrictions, Design Guidelines, and Construction Rules and Regulations.
Coordinate construction concerns with lot owners/authorized representatives and propose resolutions.
Respond to inquiries regarding DOR and Construction Phases.
Update AWH Map and Monitoring Master List of Ongoing Constructions.
Final drawing checks, review, and approval recommendations.
