Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, quality assurance, candidate screening, customer service quality analysis, or call evaluation.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow standardized assessment criteria and maintain accurate records.
• Good written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review recorded candidate video applications and interviews.
• Assess Candidate Responses Against Predefined Qualifications And Competency Criteria.
• Assign standardized scores based on established evaluation guidelines.
• Document assessment results accurately and consistently.
• Provide reliable evaluation records to support recruitment decisions.
