Job summary

Metrobank in Makati is seeking a Vendor Traffic & Quality Assistant to ensure accuracy of applications endorsed to 3rd party agencies and to support vendor management across encoding, verification and related tasks. The role requires screening forms, coordinating with agencies, and delivering timely MIS reports while upholding security policies.

A bachelor’s degree (Mass Communications or business) and credit verification experience are preferred; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills are expected;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from College/University preferably, Mass Communications Graduate and/or business course.
• Work experience with other credit card company specifically, in credit verification is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Office and file management experience is an advantage.
• Willing to report onsite 100%.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen application forms before endorsement to 3rd party agencies.
• Ensure applications endorsed to agencies are accurate, complete and secured.
• Ensure proper transit of application forms within the agreed TAT; avoid aged/missing applications.
• Tally applications with the transmittal form before processing.
• Evaluate application forms against Credit requirements before forwarding.
• Facilitate payment processing for encoding, verification, mailing, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with agencies on monthly performance against SLAs.
• Liaise on new processes and issues affecting performance (spiels, codes, etc.).
• Conduct monthly spot field inspections of agencies.
• Conduct quarterly training for verification and MCC programs.
• Prepare regular MIS and ad hoc reports.
• Comply with Information Security policy.
