Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Vendor Traffic & Quality Assistant in the Philippines to ensure accuracy and completeness of applications endorsed to 3rd party outsourced agencies, and to handle vendor management tasks. The role covers pre-screening, verification, and ensuring timely processing and payments to vendors.

Responsibilities include coordinating with agencies on performance metrics, conducting field inspections, and preparing regular MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Mass Communications or business.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Office and file management experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen application forms before endorsement to 3rd party agencies.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of endorsed applications.
• Maintain proper transit of forms within required turnaround time.
• Coordinate with agencies on monthly performance and service levels.
• Prepare MIS and ad hoc reports in a timely manner.
• Comply with Information Security policy and duties as assigned.
