Job summary

Metrobank in Makati is seeking a Vendor Traffic & Quality Assistant to ensure accuracy of applications endorsed to 3rd party agencies and to manage vendor relationships within Credit Operations. Responsibilities include pre-screening forms, coordinating with outsourcing partners, and maintaining timely processing and reporting.

Qualifications include a Mass Communications or business degree, experience in credit verification is a plus, and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from college/university preferably in Mass Communications or business
• Experience in credit verification with other credit card companies is an advantage
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Office and file management experience is an advantage
• Willing to report onsite 100%

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen application forms before endorsement to 3rd party agencies for encoding and verification
• Ensure endorsed applications to 3rd party agencies are accurate, complete and properly secured
• Ensure proper transit of application forms within the agreed turnaround time (TAT) with no aged or lost/missing applications
• Ensure applications tallies with the transmittal form before forwarding for processing
• Evaluate application forms based on Credit requirements before forwarding to other units for processing
• Facilitate processing of payments for encoding, verification, mailing, and inquiries; ensure TAT and vendor payment credit
• Coordinate with 3rd party agencies on monthly performance per SLAs
• Liaise with agencies on new processes and issues impacting performance
• Conduct monthly spot field inspections of all 3rd party agencies
• Conduct quarterly training for verification spiels, updates and MCC programs
• Prepare regular MIS and ad-hoc reports in a timely manner
• Comply with Information Security policy
• Assume other duties as assigned by supervisor
• For Tele-verification: perform random accuracy sampling of agents and verify adherence to standard spiels
• Verify applications related to employment, residence and applicant confirmation
• Act as back-up to Vendor Traffic Staff for APS Encoding
• For APS Encoding: evaluate and report encoded applications not uploaded in APS and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery
• Prepare monthly accrual reports for Credit Acquisition's vendors to Finance
• Back-up Vendor Traffic Staff for Tele-verification
