Job summary

Visa Payments Limited, through Visa Philippines, is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to conduct QA sampling on compliance operational functions and procedures. This role provides oversight to senior stakeholders and supports improvement of procedures through regular sampling and validation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operational QA experience in a regulated payments or financial institution
• Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
• Granular attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
• Strong team player who works well under pressure

Responsibilities

• Undertake QA checks across multiple Compliance frameworks and provide feedback to Compliance Managers and senior stakeholders
• Maintain up-to-date on internal and external QA procedures and changes
• Propose remediation where procedures have not been followed effectively
• Engage with relevant internal and external stakeholders across functions
• Identify and escalate actual or suspected financial crime incidents and other business risks
• Keep up to date with compliance legislation and regulation, including money laundering and payment service regulations
• Shaping and developing VPL operations through sampling and reviewing cases against procedures
• Contributing to and developing the VPL QA function
• Cross-training to learn QA workstreams for other entities
• Act as a catalyst for change and an ambassador for quality improvements
