Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and carry out sourcing and onboarding of manpower agencies.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate vendor performances.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare training materials and provide training to vendors.
• Ensure operations meet targeted SLAs.
